Are the Assassins that you mention actually Shad Assassins? and how do you fish them? I am almost exclusively a live bait fisherman. Although I have fished for bass with the Bass Assassins but that was with a hook and no weight at all. Aren't these Assassins fished with a jighead? Are they fished slowly along the bottom like worm fishing for bass?

Some East Texas crappie fishermen are good, some are lucky, I like being lucky. Sure did enjoy the last hour or so of the trip. The rest of the day was pure work. Hope to see you again this summer. Daniel
